Group Executive Chairman
Datuk Mohd Radzuan Abdullah
Datuk Mohd Radzuan Abdullah founded Richgroup Intelligence Advisors Sdn Bhd in 2008. Prior to that, he was the Senior Private Secretary to the Minister in the Prime Minister Department and Special Officer to the Chairman of MARA. He also held various senior positions in Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM). He holds a Master Degree in Islamic Studies from Graduate School of Islamic And Social Sciences, Leesburg, Virginia, USA and a Bachelor Degree in Islamic Studies from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Previously he was on the Board of Naluri Corporation Berhad and now he is on the Board of Naluri Properties Sdn Bhd, Atlan Management Sdn Bhd, Emas Kerajang Sdn Bhd, and the Executive Director of Yayasan Harmoni. He is also the Corporate Advisor to United Industries Sdn Bhd.

Wan Mohd Shahrul Ikram Ab Kadir
Wan Mohd Shahrul Ikram founded RG Group of Companies, together with Datuk Mohd Radzuan Abdullah. Prior to joining the group, he was attached to one of the major audit firm in Malaysia. His passion for education and human capital development led him to be part of the founding team of nursing campus for one of the leading college under MARA. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration (Finance) from Universiti Tun Abdul Razak (UNITAR). Apart from that, he is also the Advisor to PT Wood Industry (M) Sdn Bhd.

Mahadi Mohamed
Mahadi Mohamed joined RG Group of Companies in January 2018, from the UKM Holdings Sdn Bhd (an investment holding company of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia) where he was the Group CFO. Prior to that, he was holding senior management positions at a few other companies in UEM Group Berhad, Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, and Negara Properties (M) Berhad. He holds professional qualifications in Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom and Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He also holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Accounting & Law from De Monfort University, England. He is a fellow member of ACCA (FCCA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
